• Choose a deployment model — Choose an installation method before ordering infrastructure or preparing an implementation plan. The deployment model determines service management, HTTPS configuration, storage paths and recovery responsibilities.
• Prepare an Ubuntu server — Prepare a host that can load the offline application images and retain enough capacity for migrations, imports, automation and encrypted recovery work.
• Prepare a Windows server — Validate the Windows host and access design without borrowing Linux resource figures or assuming that an installer operating-system check is a complete support certification.
• Plan network access DNS and HTTPS — Provide trusted browser access and a maintainable certificate-renewal path without exposing database or internal API ports.
• Plan capacity for CRM workloads — Set a measured resource plan and growth thresholds for the expected users, records, private files and background work.
• Complete the installation readiness review — Make installation prerequisites explicit and prevent an unconfigured or unqualified environment from being treated as customer ready.
