Use these articles for Zbix CRM 1.2.0. Review each procedure’s prerequisites and qualification before acting.

• Install Zbix CRM on Ubuntu — Install the approved Linux release on a new qualified Ubuntu amd64 host and complete the operational checks required before users begin work.
• Install the native Windows Server edition — Configure a native Windows deployment for public-domain access, private-office access or both, then verify its readiness for operational handover.
• Deploy a self-hosted CRM server on AWS EC2 — Combine the appropriate package installation with an explicit cloud networking and operations plan. This guide does not create AWS resources or imply that a complete managed SaaS control plane is included.
• Run the local Docker Compose environment — Give engineers an isolated place to inspect or test a matching source release without changing an existing CRM installation.
